The Annual General Meeting of the Elkford ATV club will be held at the Elkford Motor Inn, downstairs in the banquet room on May 15, 2010 at 10:00 am. The purpose of the meeting is the election of officers and directors as well as any changes to the club by-laws including but not limited to membership fees. There will be coffee and refreshments, the meeting will be brief.

 

Please join us for a ride up the valley after the meeting, weather permitting. Please bring your ATV and dress accordingly, we’ll stage east of the Elk River across from Race Trac Gas about 11:30 am.  Non members are welcome on this family ride as always so bring a friend!

 

If you are unable to attend and would like to nominate an individual for a position or stand for a position please submit your name with signature and the position in advance of the meeting to:
